With over 25 years of nursing experience in healthcare and still counting - I've worked in various areas - inpatient units, specialty areas, and clinics in both private and unionized environments. I know firsthand how hard life can be for nurses. Even on the best days, it’s tough. I know that it can feel like the tough days are happening more and more.
